The Pine Meadow Golf Club iPines program is dedicated to creating an environment of learning, respect and FUN that will promote the game of golf as an individual and family activity for a lifetime of participation and enjoyment.

Our program is based on the American Development Model (ADM) for long term athletic development.  While our program does not include participation awards, our program does acknowledge and reward effort.

Our mission: We are committed to enriching lives through experiences that transcends golf.

Core Beliefs: Every child can become a golfer.  Every golf course can become a community center.

Changes for the 2019 season:

  • The league will only meet on Monday nights.
  • League size will be limited to 48 junior leaguers (8 to 13 years of age), this is to create a program where the Coaches and junior leaguers will have the opportunity to get to know each other better.
  • The Junior League Coaching staff will consist of 3 PGA Members and 1 former High School Girls Golf Team coach.

Meet the Coaches:

Dennis L. Johnsen, GM/Head PGA Golf Professional at Pine Meadow Golf Club, PGA member since 1976.  Coaching juniors since 1972.  Currently serving on the PGA of America Jr. League Advisory Board, the PGA of America Junior Golf Committee and the committee of the PGA of America Global Youth and Family Golf Summit.  2016 PGA of America Youth Player Development Award honoree.
